Learn how to be featured here

To have a featured property, you first need to become a member of OpenSpace and then create your property listing. OpenSpace supports all types of property listings. You’ll notice the typical listings of homes, apartments, condos, vacation rentals, for sale and for rent properties. In addition members have also posted parking spaces, boat slips, camp sites, commercial properties, rooms for rent and time shares. You can add your listing today, it’s free.

Once you have created your listing it is very simple to make sure your property will be added to our featured property section. Currently we are randomly displaying these properties, though we are working to make this a little more intelligent in the near future.

To make a property as a featured property, go to the dashboard tab. Click on the My Listed Properties from the menu on the left. You’ll now be able to see the list of your properties. Click edit on the property you want to add to our featured property section. You’ll now be able to edit your property. Select the Other Details from the menu on the left and scroll down to Listing Settings. Put a check mark in the box next to Is Featured Property and then click on Update. That’s it, you’ve added it to the featured property database.
